Bow Wow's Controversial Strip Club Remarks to Omarion Following His Breakup

Omarion and his girlfriend Apryl Jones amicably split over the weekend, and the rapper took to Instagram to share a thoughtful statement, informing people of the breakup.
However, his friend Shad Moss aka Bow Wow, wasn't as considerate.
The 29-year-old rapper took to his own Instagram account to share a photo with Omarion and shout out to his new "freedom."
The caption spurred controversy, reading: "Bro you got your freedom! We can hang again!!! lets go take a bag to AOD tonight," he said, referencing the popular Ace of Diamonds gentleman's club. "Theres plenty of ig thots and vlive and AOD dancers bro in the world that will be happy to cheer you up during this time! Matter of fact, ima throw you a couple lobs #theonefriendyourboygfhates #keepyoheadupbro #dontstress #thesewomenmakegreyscomeinearly #alljokes."
 

The post resulted in some major backlash from Bow Wow's followers, calling him "disrespectful" and "childish."
Thus, he followed up with a second post, saying people are holding a double standard against men when it comes to breakups.
"So since my female followers have a lot to say to me this am," he captioned a screenshot of a tweet. "Why is it yall can do this when your bestie break up and why cant the fellas encourage they homies the same way yall do?"
He continued, "A trip to the gentlemen's club wont save your boy life but just to get him out to talk and relax a little theres no crime in that. Yall women tooo uptight nowadays nagging is at an all time high textn us getting mad over what we post what pictures we like. Ease up on us ladies."

Omarion had some fully clothed fun at LIGHT nightclub in Vegas on Saturday night, taking the stage and performing "I'm Saying," "Body on Me" and other tunes to the delight of a packed house of partygoers, including Rob Gronkowski and the evening's host, UFC's Nate Diaz.
Bow Wow posts, however, came on the heels of Omarion's statement about his split from Apryl, the mother of his son Megaa Omari, 23 months, and daughter A'mei Kazuko, 4 months.
"This is the only public statement I will make about a private matter," he wrote on Instagram. "After this, I will not speak on or respond to any questions or comments on the matter. I thank everyone in advance for respecting my wishes to keep my family life private."
"The beautiful and talented mother of my children for whom I hold the highest regard and respect, Apryl Jones, and I have mutually decided to end our relationship," Omarion told his 2.5 million Instagram followers. "We continue to love and support one another and still share a common goal to remain friends while being great parents to our children."
Apryl confirmed the breakup, tweeting, "Single.... the end...."
