An unfortunate armed robbery suspect met a gruesome end after he was caught during an operation.
A suspected member of an armed robbery gang met the most gruesome death he never expected after an angry mob caught him and lynched him to death, with his body parts chopped into pieces.
The gory incident which happened in Aba, the commercial nerve center of Abia State, according to an eyewitness who posted it on social media,the unfortunate suspect was a member of a four man gang of robbers who stormed a village called Umuode, but luck ran against him as he was caught while the others escaped.
This is what the poster wrote:
"Around 1am today, these guys stormed into one popular community, Umuode Village, at Aba, shooting sporadically. Unfortunately for them, the guys living around that area were always prepared for robbers, hence there was exchange of bullets among both parties.
So unfortunately for this one, he was caught by the group who brutally killed him to serve as a deterrent to other aspiring robbers in the locality."
