Michy Batshuayi will wear the No.23 shirt during the upcoming season, his first as a Chelsea player.
The 22-year-old, who was part of the Belgium squad at Euro 2016, completed his move to Stamford Bridge from Marseille yesterday.
The No.23 holds fond memories for Batshuayi, who began his professional career at Standard Liege wearing the shirt.
